Bethel-McClellan won both boys and girls games today at the Rome Shootout. Savanna Welch and Gavin Hooper both took home player of the game honors. Congratulations kids!


Bethel Grade School was well represented at today's 45th Mt. Vernon Conference. Beth Matthews, Ranzie Callahan, Misti Shook, Kristin Tate, and Mr. Cass all presented sessions to educators from across the region.

The Lady Bulldogs fell tonight to Spring Garden. They will be back in action at the Rome Shootout this weekend.



Fourth and Fifth Grade enjoyed Pumpkin Math Today! They had to measure, weigh, make predictions and count seeds. Plus they got to get messy.







Our first home basketball game of the year is tonight. The Lady Bulldogs take on Spring Garden. The JV game tips off at 6:00!

Reminder Tomorrow is the deadline for our Basketball spirit wear.

Our boys and girls basketball teams showed up to play today at the Sandoval Shootout. The girls won 41-16 over Sandoval and the boys won 51-27 over Raccoon.

First Quarter report cards will come home today. Be on the lookout for the blue paper. If you have yet to schedule a parent-teacher conference for the 24th, please do.

Congratulations to the girls basketball team. They got their first varsity win tonight against Bluford. Our first home game is the 22nd against Spring Garden.

First Grade is really focusing on kindness this week. Today we were reminded, “Before you speak, think and be smart. It’s hard to fix a wrinkled heart.” Our words have consequences, and we want to be the nice kids!!

National School Bus Safety Week starts today.


Our Halloween Dance will be on October 26th from 6-8 in the cafeteria. Admission is free and students may invite one student from another school. They will need to pick up a guest form in the office. There will be a costume contest!
