Cross Country practice will be held **Thursday, August 6, 2026**, from **5:30–6:30 PM** at **Bethel Grade School**.
📍 **Please enter through Door #25.**
Don't forget to bring a **water bottle** and wear appropriate running shoes. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
We are getting ready to welcome students back, and to accommodate the construction site on the north side of the building, we ask that you follow the following drop-off and visitor parking guidelines. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Cass

Attention Teacher and Paraprofessional Substitutes! If you plan to sub at Bethel this year, please plan to attend a school safety training on August 7th at 1:00 in the cafeteria. This should not take more than an hour.
Softball tryouts are tonight and tomorrow night at 6:30. Please come to the field with all you need to participate, including wearing pants.to slide in.

Due to concerns over the heat, there will not be softball open fields tomorrow. We will see how Tuesday looks and message again.

We have two big dates for you to mark on your calendars. The PTO Back to School Pool Party is August 3rd, and the Open House is August 10th.
Softball open field is cancelled for tonight. We will be back at it on Thursday evening at 6:30.
The office will be closed today and tomorrow for floor waxing. If you need anything, please email Mr. Cass at ccass@bethelschool.net.
In-Person Registration is tomorrow (7/14/2026) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please enter the cafeteria through the breezeway door (#22). Please excuse the mess, and parking may be tight.
For new students and kindergarteners, please bring the following with you:
3 documents to prove residency, such as an electric bill or a rental agreement.
Any new medical information, like required physicals (Kindergarten and 6th grade).
Immunization records.
Kindergarteners will need a vision and dental exam.
Second-grade and sixth-grade students need a dental exam.
Birth certificate.
Returning students may register online by logging into TeacherEase. You should be redirected from your home page to do so. Fees can be paid online as well. Returning students are also welcome to attend in-person registration on July 14th if they wish.
Now is the time to get sports physicals taken care of. Getting one now will cover you for the entire 26-27 school year.
