The evening is broken up into three half-hour segments for parents to switch to see as many of their children’s teachers as they can. If a family had one student, their night would be done early. If you have three, they would stay for the whole time. The session times are listed below. Feel free to move to the rooms that you need to. If you have supplies to paperwork to return, please bring it with you.
The PTO is providing bounce houses for the kids so parents can engage with the teachers a little better.

The first week of school is here and I hope our kids are excited to come back. Here are some details you might need to know.
Teachers and staff will return on the 15th for trainings. Students return on the 16th. School will start at 8:20 (doors open at 7:45) and end at 11:30.
Our open house will be Friday, the 16th, from 5:00 to 7:00. School supplies can be dropped off at the open house to prevent the kids from dragging it around on loading it on the bus. Our open house will be set up so you can visit multiple teachers in one night. A schedule will be sent out later in the week.

A Cross Country meeting has been set for Wednesday, August 7th, at 6:00 PM in the cafeteria.
Online registration will close this Friday, August 9th. Please make sure you register if you have not already. If you need help with this, please email ccass@bethelschool.net.
Softball open field is cancelled for tonight.
Reminder: Online registration is open for returning students. If you are a new student or a kindergartener, you will need to register your student at in-person registration on July 16th in the cafeteria. Registration will start at 10:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM.

A huge thank you to the PTO and staff for helping make our last day outdoor extravaganza a great one. Students at were treated to inflatables, music, snow cones and cotton candy. Mrs. Withrow and Ms. Grace painted just about every student’s face. It was a great time.
