First Grade wrapped up their unit on fables and stories by competing in the Fable Olympics today. All the games were based on the stories they've been listening to in class. Blue Team took 1st place, Red Team placed 2nd, and White Team came in 3rd. Lots of fun and laughter this afternoon!

Each Friday, these babies "earn" their "reward" for a hard week's work. They choose their "game" to play. The best part: They don't even realize they are learning! 🍎 🏫 📕 🦉 🧐

Look at these engaged faces!!! Today we studied our reading vocabulary words on the ConnectEd app that our reading curriculum offers. So, if your child is ever absent and needs to catch up- have them log in from Bethel home page & jump into what we are doing each day! They know how! They can read story, play the educational games and learn while doing it. The kids LOVED this! 🥰
