Cross Country had a busy week with lots of highlights.
On Wednesday at Wayne City, Remington Stanley, Joden Fairchild, Sophia Berning, Alixandra Cervates, and Masyn Morgan all set their personal best times.
On Thursday at the Jefferson County Meet, Remington Stanley was our top JV Boys finisher, taking a 17th-place medal. Masyn Morgan was our top Varsity Boys finisher. Joden Fairchild set another personal best. Alixandra Cervates set her personal best time and was our girls' top finisher.
The running Bulldogs will travel to Anna-Jonesboro for their regional meet next Tuesday.

Construction crews got a visit from our students as they continue to prepare the ground for concrete. Many of these kids will get to attend school in the new addition next year. #buildingbethel

No Cross Country Practice today, Thursday, October 2, 2025.
Third graders hypothesized what would happen if we mixed colored water with oil. They had some good hypotheses!!! Here's just a few ...
1. It will explode!
2. It will make a slush!
3. It will not mix!
4. It will be like a volcano erupting! We found out about that oil and water will not mix because water has larger molecules than oil.

5th-8th grade Cheer schedule will go home tomorrow. There will be no practice tomorrow. Please ask your cheerleader for schedule and it will be posted in the Facebook group tomorrow.
Papers will be going home tomorrow for Spirit Wear for Sports. This will be closing on Oct 3rd.

Parent/Guardian meeting at 4:00 in the Bethel cafeteria to go over sportsmanship expectations and concussion information. If you are not able to be here please reach out to me and I will get you paperwork that must be completed before your student may participate in cheer. If your child is in Cross Country, they are to go to Cross Country practice and then meet in Cafeteria at 4:00. Girls Basketball players (that are cheering also) please come to cheer meeting and then you will be released to go to basketball practice when we have finished our meeting.

1st Grade partnered with their 8th grade friends to make x-ray images of their hands. First grade has spent this week learning all about their skeletons!

The cafeteria was buzzing with activity after school today. The Bionic Bulldogs were hard at work building their robots.

The Lady Bulldogs ended their softball season tonight with a loss to Waltonville in the regional tournament. A big thank you to all the coaches, players, and parents for their help this season.

Reminder tomorrow starts Girls Basketball practice from 4 to 6 at Mcclellan. There will then be a short parent meeting at 6pm. thanks hope to see you there

Boys Baseball games have been moved to same time and place this Thursday. Boys Basketball practice along with parent meeting will be cancelled Thursday and Rescheduled for Monday at Mcclellan with practice being 4 to 530 and parent meeting at 530. thanks
